A Mile Stone
I am just leaning back here at work on my lunch break after eating a large portion of left over lasagna from Carrabas Italian restaurant. Yesterday me, my wife and a few of our friends went there because I was having a craving for it... that’s right... men have cravings TOO!
The other day I was quoting a Dane Cook joke and said the words "Cheese pickles, pickles and cheese" to my wife. She instantly grabbed her mouth and ran into the bathroom to regurgitate her lunch. Very strange. I never thought a few words would make somebody have to throw-up. I felt inspired to continually tease her and say the words to enjoy her "vomitic" reaction. I love making up words.
I know that you all are going to say that I am one sad pathetic excuse for a man but I feel the need to brag... on Sunday I did the dishes and laundry voluntarily for the FIRST TIME! I cleaned the entire stink'n house for 3 hours... this is a milestone in my life, lets all take a moment to quietly think about how amazing I am......

When I was pregnant my husband had a craving once for pancakes, icecream, and pickles. I watched him eat it.

Ok lets clear something up here! I do help with house work, but it's usually things like taking out the trash or taking out the dog... you know... guy things.

Guy things? In this day and age I do believe there aren't many pure guy/girl things left in chore world....Steve cooks, I don't, We both do laundry, I take out the trash just as much as Steve does, he irons, i keep up with finances, we both do dishes, etc. ...I guess i don't see things as purely guy/girl specific chores....(and if steve didn't cook, we'd starve!)

Al, I go to your website every day to check for any new posts. If it makes you feel better I will try to comment every once in a while. I'm glad to hear you're finally having cravings of your own. I'm still waiting for you to gain some weight with this pregnancy...I'm shocked it hasn't happened yet! Maybe you are forever destined to be thin.
