The Deceit of the Ages

This story is about a boy who just wanted to go home and play some damn video games. For the safety of this individual’s job he will remain nameless.

Have you ever just wanted to leave work and go home so bad that you were willing to take your excuse to the extreme? Everyone has faked an illness to get out of work or school so don’t be judging so quickly!

Not only did he pretend to be sick by walking around with a slight slouch and weakening his words to an ill fainted whisper. This one went into the bathroom and pretended to be throwing up, he jammed his finger down his throat so he would barf and wouldn’t be lying when he told his boss that he just threw up. Which is really the funniest thing about this story, he justified in his mind that he was in the right to pretend to be sick but had to actually make himself throw up so “he wouldn’t be lying”. HA! Then proceeded to splash cold water all over his face. In the end of it all he drove home early with full health and just an ounce of pride laughing his little deceitfull ass off; all for the sake of a relaxing day at home to catch up on his video games. I could not be prouder.
